Can't Restore Wrt120n To Factory Default

Hi, if you tried the reset button and it didn't reset, you may not have been holding it down long enough. Make sure you're holding it for at least 5 seconds.

You can also try the other reset method, going through the router's web interface. Instructions for performing the reset this way can be found on page 1 of the router's user manual.
