Linkedin Is Impossible, Urgently Need Live Person To Speak To! Number?

We have been trying to update our COMPANY profile for weeks, We don't have the password, and it seems impossible to get a new one. We were told the best route would be to take the old site down and put up the new one. We were told that LinkedIn removed the old site--however it is still there and every time we try to put up our new one it says a company with that domain exists (it is ours). So it was never taken down. We cannot put up on the new profile or make any edits. Ticket after ticket after ticket has been created. Answers are always the same--they are referring it to some other member of the team. Around and around and around it goes. HOW CAN THIS BE FIXED? Is there a live person for LINKEDIN. The whole email system is useless.
