To recover your email address associated with your LinkedIn account, you'll need to go here.
Here's exactly what you need to do:
"Still can't sign in to your account? Contact us with any of the information below so we can help:
- The email address(es) people use to send you LinkedIn invitations.
- The email address(es) you might have used to create an account.
- Your name as it appears on LinkedIn.
- The URL for the public profile you've found (e.g. http://www.linkedin.com/abc123)."
