2006 Lincoln Ls Overheating On P2195 Engine Code

Hi am some real difficulty with my 2006 Lincoln ls the car is overheating on have the check engine light code p2195. I recently replaced all the new parts that my mechanic requires and I still have the same problem, 4 new oxygen sensors, 8 new coils, 8 new spark plugs, new thermostat with the complete housing, new Radiator, new condenser, new hydraulic motor fan, new EGR valve and a lot more new parts but the car still overheat on have the same engine code p2195. Any help will do me well please, thank you
