Location Of Power Steering Pressure Switch On 2003 Navigator

I have read somewhere that the power steering pressure switch on my 2003 navigator is located under the dash (driver side) near or on the steering column. I have searched this area several times but have not found it. Does anybody have a suggestion as to where else I should look?
