How To Replace Rear Lug Stud

(I emphasize this because you will be beating the **** out of both the broken and new wheel lug).
Remove the wheel then using a torxsocket or if you'd rather allen wrench to remove the caliper assembly from the rotor and tuck it out of the way.
If the stud is clear of the backing plate then you can use a cold chisel and hammer to knock out the broken stud. (Dont expect it to come easy) If the backing plate is in the way, Reassemble then raise both rear wheels with it in nuetral(front wheels chocked) and turn the wheel until the lug is cear of the backing plate.
Once you have the old lug out you need to hammer the new one in. Once its most of the way in, put the wheel back on and tighten the lug, remove the wheel and check. Repeat until the new lug is fully seated in the hub assembley and dont stop until it is. If you call it close enough and there is still room it will seat itself while you are driving leaving you with a loose lugnut.
Put the rotor and caliper back on. Mount your wheel and lower the vehicle.
Expect to pay about $3.50 at your local parts store. More at a dealership.
