Transmission Shifting

transmission is slow shifting from 1st to 2nd gear, not shifting rough just slowly. does this sound like shift solenoid issue?

You may be low on coolant, my Lincoln took a long time shifting from 1st to 2nd, and 2nd to 3rd. When the coolant level was corrected, the transmission shifted normally.
