Dog Chewed Through Sensor Wires, Wont Close On Own.

Hi,    My puppy decided it would be fun to chew through the sensor wires, as well as break one of the sensor brackets. Is there any way to disable the sensor?   Thank you.

There is no way to disable the safety sensor on your garage door opener.

Splice in a piece of bell wire, pay attention to the color code on the wires..

If you cant splice it, you need to replace the safety sensor.
