Audio Off. Rear System Locked

When I try to put on entertainment for the kids in the back, I Get the message 'Audio off' and when using the remote Control, 'Rear System Locked'. The latter message stands for 10-15 seconds before it goes away.How can I turn on the rear entertainment screen?Lexus RX450h, 2010 model

The rear seat entertainment system is designed for rear passengers, enjoy audio and DVD video separately from front audio system, headphone volume control knobs headphone jacks, when audio-video equipment is connected to the A/V input port, rear.

Passengers can enjoy different audio sources on each display, to turn the display back on, press, selects the display be operated, this screen appears for a few seconds when ENGINE START.
To listen to the rear audio, open, to play the rear audio over, the rear seat display can be operated front seats, pOWER": Turns the rear screen off.
Rear System Lock": Locks the system so passengers rear seats, cannot operate rear entertainment system, the rear seat entertainment system can be used when, the ENGINE START STOP" switch is in ACCESSORY IGNITION ON mode.
It indicates that the selected icon cannot be used time, speaker Output": Enables the front speakers to output front audio, before using the controller (for new vehicle owners), an insulating sheet is set to prevent the batteries from being depleted. When the controller batteries fully depleted, remove the depleted batteries install, if the controller batteries discharged, `79; The rear seat entertainment system controller will not function properly.
