1993 Lexus Ls400 Not Running After A Minor Fender Bender

1993 Lexus Ls400 got in to minor fender bender, only the left light and bumper got damaged, under the hood there is no visible damage to any part of the engine. However the car is not running, it will turn on for less than two seconds and die again. What could be some possible causes for this to happen and how can it be fixed? Thank you!
