Left Side Hinge Bracket Came Out And Will Not Let Top Close All The Way On Back

The plastic loops that hold the hinge in place are broken. Either one of the loops or both are broken. Unscrew and remove the hinge parts and the lid will sit flat. This is a huge design flaw with Lexmark. Their website is not at all helpful in fixing this.
