Error Usb Port Busy - No Print Solution?
On Windows XP, error USB port busy posted when request printing

Try to delete the print queue under Printers and Faxes and create a new USB print queue. It would also be helpful if you can update the driver for your printer: http://bit.ly/WjEN2F
