My C530 Worked Great Then I Placed It In Storage
I set my C530 back up and i get an error message the the black cartridge is missing or defective. i "borrowed" the cartridges out of a working C530 and i get the same message so i have eliminated the cartridge being the problem. there is no way to get to the menu screen since it stops on the error screen as soon as the printer warms up. any advice would help. i don't know how to upgrade firm ware since i cannot get past the error screen.
