Changing The Toner Cartridge Yield
When changing the toner cartridge, the guide directs one to press and release Menu until the Config Menu appears, but the Config Menu doesn't appear when I do this. Why?

Follow the steps below to get to the config menu:
1. Turn the printer off.
2. Press and hold the Select and Return buttons.
3. Turn the printer on and release the buttons once “Performing
Self Test” displays. After POR completes, the CONFIG Menu is displayed.
