Its Says Fun Error
we are using many lenovo thinkpad laptops for office purpose in main time we had a problem in two lenovo thinkpad T420 computer when i try to open this laptop its says Fun error so if you have a solution pls i need urgent respons. thanks Fitsum

You may just need to hit the fan with some compressed air as the fan may be just dirty/dusty.
The YouTube video here will help you correct the issue particulary where the fan is just defective and requiring replacement.
