I Forgot My Password To My Z470 Ideapad. How Do I Restore To Factory Settings?

If it is running windows it is relatively easy to drop the password. However it would take alot of explaining to do. It would be easiest for you to just take it in to a local computer store and have them get you in. It should take no more than a minute...and if they cant do it...they shouldn't be in business. If you live near rockford illinois, my shop can do it for you :)

But if you really wanna do a restore you will need restore discs tha are unique to your computer. They should have been made when you bought the computer...or at least my work does when a computer is purchased.
