External Microphone Does Not Work And I Can Not Turn Off Internal Microphone And

I need to turn off internal microphone and plug in external microphone

You can fix this issue by reinstalling the audio driver software of your Lenovo G580 laptop. The audio driver allows you to manage the audio devices properl like disabling internal microphones. Yo ucan download the latest and compatible audio driver from the link below.
