Little Leap Set Up Not Working

I am trying to set up my sons little leap game system but for some reason when I try to type in the dvd codes in the little leap the green light flashes it won't stay green long enough for me to enter the code and communicate with the dvd player

I Know the Answer!

Make sure your controller is completely snapped down. This fixed the problem with mine and it is now set up and my daughter is enjoying it. good luck!
