My Daughters New Leapster Gs Will Not Play Her New Cartridge.
We plug the game in, the icon appears, but when we select the icon, it keeps cycling back to the main menu. How can we fix this? Both the GS and the game are brand new.

This happened to my daughter's GS. If you have not already updated the Leapster GS via your PC, you'll have to do this. After you plug in the Leapster GS into your computer start up the LeapFrog Connect program and it willl detect if your Leapster GS is up to date or not. If you don't have the LeapFrog Connect CD, you can download the appropriate program here:
