We would like for you to try the following:
The following steps can be done from any web browser.
Close the LeapFrog Connect Application.
Go to the Global Storage Settings page for Flash by clicking the following link:

To use LeapWorld, the “Allow third-party Flash content to store data on your computer” checkbox needs to be checked and the storage size needs to be at least 100k.
Go to the Global Security Settings page for Flash. This is the picture of the Earth with a lock on it directly to the right of the Global Storage Settings tab, or follow the link below:

Select the “Always ask” radio button.
Go to the Website Storage Settings. This is a picture of a folder with a green arrow pointing downward, or follow the link below:

Delete lwcontent.leapfrog.com from the list, if the entry exists.
Start the LeapFrog Connect Application.
While on the home page, click Crtl-Shft-W at the same time.
Attempt to log into Leapworld.
