I Have Two Leapster2. I Can Download One Free Game On One Game. But Not The Othe

I purchased two leapster2 games for my two children for christmas. I was able to retreive one of the free games for one of the leapster2's but not the second one.

I Know the Answer!

Do you have the account set up for each child? Is there sufficient room to download the game on both units?

Is there sufficient room on both units to download?  Are both units communicating?  Are you getting an error message?
