My Leappad2 Wont Let Me Get Past The Screen With The Logo And Its Charged

my leap pad 2 wont let me get past the logo screen i charged it took out the batteries and conected it to the computer it says i need to set up a proflie but it wont get past the logo screen plus i already set up my daughters profile when i got it a couple of weeks ago what should i do???
