My Explorer Won't Connect To Leap World. What Do I Need To Do?

Leap World says it is loading, but then the screen is green with only the "Back to Connect" button working.  I don't know how to get it to load so we can use it.

It was an adobe flash problem. I rolled back to adobe 9 i believe. I've since reinstalled to the latest version and it works fine.
