Where Is My Email From Customer Service?
I spent 45 minutes on the phone yesterday with customer service regarding our Didj. The tech finally determined that the Didj needed to be replaced. She told me she would send an email with instructions on how to get the replacement. When I asked for a confirmation/id number she said it would be in the email. Well, we haven't gotten the email. Is there another way to get this information?
