How do I call someone about a non-billing question?

As you've discovered, the 800-845-6167 number is for billing. If an operator at that number will not refer you to non-billing personnel, your only options may be to (1) call a local office, whose numbers you can find by entering labcorp locations in a good search engine, or (2) try the corporate contact information here--http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/labcorp/Corporate%20Office.
