Fan Motor Is Not Working Correctly

fan keeps cutting out & i am looking for information on if its the motor ,or the capacitor, or something else . I saw a price list on some website with the motor at $90+ & the capacitor at $50 How much is this unit brand new??? MODEL -ZW6500R- room a/c unit.
