I Have A Wm3988hwa. The Drum Does Not Rotate When I Start A Wash Or Spin.

i have a wm3988hwa.lg washing machine The drum does not rotate when i start a wash or spin. but once i drain out the water it spins during spinning cycle but it makes a weird sound. when i tried to run the spinning cycle the second time it did not work.I have opened it and checked all pipes for blockages etcs looks free of it .12 months back i had changed drainage pump and had fixed previous issue.
