Light Staying On In Drum And Lights On Front Of Machine Coming On As If To Start

machine does not actually start but continues to light up and shut down continously. No codes show when panel lit, only 3 dashes. Tried cutting power to machine, no effect...continues to repeat lighting cycle. Machine will operate normally, have done load without problem
