How Can I Correct Ue Error Code?
My LG front load washer model WM2042CW has UE error code . I have made sure that clothes are distributed evenly and not overloaded. Have had this washer for approx. 10 years & never had any problems except needed new pump (if memory serves me correctly ), with no problems thereafter, until now. What steps can I go through first before I call a repair service?Thanks very much. Jodi Chill, Bridgeport, CT

I have checked out the LG site and there is no relevant data available. If the error is due to an 'uneven load' as you mention I would assume that you have an issue with the supports or suspension elements in the washer. I would take a look inside and as the machine is 10 years old, then suspect some form of suspension issue.
