Lots Of Lint Getting Passed Clean Screen, What Can I Do?

We have recently cleaned the house dryer vent to the outside, they were very full.  During that time, we vented the dryer into the house with just a nylon across the "hole" in the back of the dryer.  This nylon continues to catch a lot of lint, even with the screen being cleaned every time.  I'm afraid to reconnect the dryer to the house duct and have it clog again, especially since what I'm catching is coming directly from the dryer.  Is there somewhere on the interior of the dryer that is filled that is causing this? or what? The comapny was not helpful at all since it is passed the 90 day warranty they provide.
