Pedestal Parts

I purchased my LG set in 2004. I find myself having to buy a new washer and I want to use the existing pedestal. It uses 4 metal plates, screwed to the pedestal and adhered to the washer. Will a new modelWM2250CW fit on my pedestal and can I buy 4 new plates?
