Model Lg-vm251 When I Answer Phone I Cannot Hear Anyone, But They Hear Me. Help!

Phone rings, I answer but can't hear anyone, even though they hear me talking. Any idea how to fix this?

Greetings - The speaker from which you are to hear the voice at the other end must have issues. The following are possible causes.

1. The speaker may have gone bad and needs replacing (this is common and that is why one can find these speakers offered at reputable shop)

2. The headphones and charger jack or slot may need cleaning (as a particle that is a conductor may have crept in and now sending signals that headphones are connected)

You will need to find someone who can open it and clean this jack or have the speaker replaced at most if need be. Your nearest phone repairs shop would be a wise options.
