T-mobile F3 Default Apps Are Gone, How Do I Get Them Back?

I have an unrooted P659. I wouldn't know how to do it if I wanted to, and I don't. Several weeks ago the camera disappeared. Then the dialer and contacts. Now calendar crashes constantly. I've downloaded versions of these from play store, but really want stock functionality back. Factory reset has done nothing to fix the problem. Is there any way to get it back the way it was when I opened the box?
