Lg Lw2511er Will Not Start

Had a power outage last night from a storm. Power was out 2 hours and the AC started fine when power came back on. When I got up this morning AC was not on. Controller had no light on. Cord still had its light on. I checked breaker, ok. Then checked receptacle, 123 volts both sides ok. I then checked lines inside and have 123 volts on both lines at this point. What else do I need to check to find the item that is bad.
