The Air Conditioner Have In A Screen E1 And Doesn't Power.

I need help because Im only have with this air really short time. In the screem have the code E1 and I dont know what it is. Dont power on

E1 is short or open circuit in the indoor air thermostat

Unplug the Airconditioner and contact authrorized LG Service center. .
