Condenser Fan Won't Start

replaced fan motor still won't start,have voltage coming out o board LSU120HE

I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM AND I HAVE REPLACED THE MOTOR AND CONTROL BOARD

If you have voltage coming out of the board that feeds the fan then if there is not power at the fan then there is a broken wire between the two. I assume you have a multi-meter which can measure voltages. Check if there is voltage at the fan and also at the neutral side. If there is voltage on both sides then it is the return wire but if there is no voltage at the supply of the fan then it is in the supply wire. Check also the starter capacitor if one is fitted is connected firmly.
