Lsn240he Lsu240he

REPLACED BOTH BOARDS  ON UNITS,RAN NEW STAT WIRE. IT SAYS IT IS NOT GETTING ENOUGH AMPS TO RUN UNIT.  I CAN RUN IT IN TEST MODE ,BOTH A/C AND HEAT WORK LIKE THAT.   ANY IDEAS?  THANKS BARRY
