Lousy Support
We paid 4200 dollars for this heat pump. We come here to download the manual and are FORCED to download UNWANTED software. I did what it said to do against my better judgement and all I got was this STUPID TOOLBAR. As far as I am concerned SUCKS. What a RIP.
