Still Cannot Remove Filter On Lg Lsc21943
When the current water filter was installed ( by a service rep I paid for) it was not inserted so that the remove/install guide on the filter was aligned with the indicator on the control box. It was put in 180 degrees off that mark. So following the directions regard ing turning 90 degrees and pulling down is not working. I need a non standard answer.
