Code Ch02

when powered up the unit displays ch02, manual states - an open or short circuit in the indoor pipe thermistor.

LG states this is an auto-stop protection error resulting from a short or open circuit in the indoor pipe sensor. According to LG, unfortunately, you will require professional repair service, for which it refers you to its Request a Repair page.
