How To Replace Blower

too much noise when the cooling cycle is on. trouble shooting tip says to check the blower wheel. how can i access the blower wheel

First note that it's also possible the fault may lie with the fan motor. And before replacing the blower wheel, read the instructions there for Cause 2.
