Ho Can I Exchange The Portableair Conditioner Lp0814wnr That Is Discontinued For

Customer Service Superintendant::i Am Hoping That Lg Electronics Will Replace The Discontinued Portable Air Conditioner Lp0814wnr With An Air Conditioner That I Can Put In My Window. Date Of Purchase July 7, 2014. I Only Turned It On Once In August Of 2014 And The Hose Going Out The Window That Was Properly Installed Became Very Hot. It Frightened Me So I Turned It Off. I Also Found It To Be Too Heavy For Me To Move Around. It Was Purchased At A Home Depot Latham, Ny. I Called For Help In This Matter But They Have A 90 Day Return Policy.. If Your Company Lives Up To Satisfying A Customer I Am Hoping You Would Help Me With This Exchange.. sincerelymargaret Vumbaco

This unit comes with one year warranty which sadly expired on the 7th of July as per the purchase date given. You, unfortunately, will only stand a good chance of availing a free replacement (with a similar model) if:

The call attempted was maid during the warranty period and
If the handling of the issue delayed due to LG's carelessness.
