Bottom Freezer Doors.

How to remove bottom freezer door/compartment stuck by frost ice. i unplugged power and let the ice melted for 4 hours, still could open only 1/3  (rail stuck in left side, right side is free). Not wanted to use force to avoid damage. The unit is 2 yrs old. Thank you.
