How Can I Boost My Lgl55c's Signal?

I have Straight Talk and my LLG55C has horrible signal reception, but my older phone ( that I have had since straight talk first came out in my area) got great reception. Please help me figure this out. Thanks

I have this phone too, and i hate to tell you this BUT most likely your other straight talk phone ran off of the AT&T towers...this smart phone runs off of the SPRINT network...which sucks. Go onto Straight talks facebook page and ask them what network your phone runs off of in your zip code....i gaurantee you its Sprint. Me and you unfortunately are stuck with bad signal. I have to stick mine in my windowsill in order to get a text to go thru...:(
