Hi. If you are still using Android 2.3, then you (or someone) may have deleted it by mistake. To add it back, go to the apps drawer > look for it there > press and hold on its icon and it should auto create an icon on your home page. Astro File Manager downloadable from "Play Store" works the same way as the My Files app by the way.
