Silent Mode Stays On

Mute I have tried to reset my phone's mute to ring but it stays in silent. The volume button on the side does not work. I can't find a setting to control volum.

Hmmmm this is intersting but I think I may have found the solution. You can try going into SETTINGS then PROFILES and try to change it there, if you haven't already tried this. The only other thing you can do is reset the phone to "factory" settings. If you do this you will lose anything you entered into the phone so you might want to copy all your contacts. To reset just do this SETTINGS then scroll all the way down to RESTORE FACTORY SETTINGS and then click MASTER RESET. This will wipe EVERYTHING back to when you first bought the phone.

You can try to take your phone apart yourself but I wouldn't recommend it. I just did since I have the same phone but it was a pain. You also need the right tool to open cell phones, which I just happen to have since I do take tablets and phones apart.
