What Does This Code Mean? 'f9'

Just purchased this item.. When I push the "Bake" button and "Start" for the upper oven it seems to run okay......when I then try to turn a burner on, the temperature shuts off and I get an "F9" code.  what does that mean?  Can you not use the burners at the same time as the oven?  If you want to turn the oven down once it's been cooking for any lenght of time, how do you do that?  I'm not getting much help from the owners manual.

It seems you need to consult the service manual, not the owners manual. Advice given at Appliance Parts Pros is:

"F9" error code is unknown. Perform the troubleshooting as described in the Service manual.
