Ice Maker Not Making Ice, But Only Water Into Tray On Lg Lbc22520st (2008)

Ice maker is not making any ice with only water freezing inside tray.  I checked the lines from the water source to the filter (brand new filter and changed after noticing no ice production), and they were ok, check that water was coming through new filter, this was ok, and checked line from other end of filter to freezer and this was ok. I will hear sounds like "pish" and then water comes out inside the freezer and settles inside the tray.  What should my next step be?  Pump issues? A clog somewhere from the back of the freezer to the inside?  Please help! Ryan
