Flatron L222wt-bf--

Hello, I have an extremely annoying flashing icon that comes up and won't go away. It says "Flatron" and shows various options that look like one is supposed to click. However, it just blocks my view on the screen, and there's no way to even move it or "x" it out. Please help!
