Power Switch

I just got my headsets for valentines day and today they were working and all of a sudden just stopped. I noticed that the power switch didn't have a little "click" when I turned it on, it just slid. they won't turn on and they are fully charged. The powrr switch is simply broken. also, I couldnt send them back to the company because I no longer have my receipt, just the box it came in.
